Step 1

Create Test

The group organizer should visit our create group test page to input all initial test parameters. Rest assured, no personal data entered during this process will be shared. Only the social media name or alias you provide will be visible to your group. Fill out this form with the information you currently have. Don’t worry—you’ll have the ability to update and adjust the parameters after finalizing the details with your group.

To update the test at any time, visit our change group test details page. Please note that all fields must be re-entered, regardless of the number of changes being made.

You will get a confirmation email when you create the group test and any time you make changes. This will contain your Group Test ID – this will be important for all of the processes going forward including group changes, payments and shipments. Please share this Group Test ID with the members of your group (and only with the members of your group as this ID will be used to view your group test details).

Step 2

Create an account in the Peptide Test Portal

Using just your email and Group Test ID you’ll be able to quickly create and configure an account in the Peptide Test Portal. Simply head over to https://portal.peptidetest.com/, click “sign up” and then enter your email. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll configure your account by adding in your group test ID. Once thats done, your portal will display all updated test parameters, a list of everyone who has paid towards the test, the total payments received, any outstanding balance, and all vials that have been shipped as part of your test.

Step 3

Make Payments

Your group can split payments in any way you decide. All participants must simply visit our group test payment contribution page, click the "Group Test Payment Contribution" button, and enter the Group Test ID. It’s best to copy and paste the 19-digit ID exactly as provided—any deviation, including additional text, will prevent your payment from being applied automatically and will require manual updates, which may delay the process.

Step 4

Ship Samples

After your group test is fully paid for, the originator of your group test will receive an email with shipping instructions. This email will include a shipping address along with a Lab Testing Order Number. All samples must be sent without requiring a signature to the provided address.

Labeling Requirements – These instructions are critical for proper processing of your order:

  • Each vial should be labeled sequentially for differentiated result batch tests (1, 2, 3, 4, etc.). Pro Tip - If you are labeling with a marker it helps to put a piece of Scotch tape on the vial before labeling.
  • Include the Lab Testing Order Number on the outside of the package. This is critical to ensure vials are matched to your group test.

Step 5

Submit Tracking Details

To add tracking details to your portal so your group members can track all sample shipments, visit our update shipping details for group test page. You will need your tracking details and your Group Test ID. Enter this number exactly as provided.
