Terms of Service – Peptide Test LLC

Effective: May 10th, 2025

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Peptide Test LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided
Peptide Test LLC provides peptide testing services through its partner laboratories, affiliated entities, and joint venture labs (“partner labs”), which perform the analysis and produce Certificates of Analysis (COAs) branded with our name. These services are offered strictly for informational purposes, providing raw data on the products submitted for testing.

2. No Endorsement of Product Use
Peptide Test LLC does not endorse, recommend, or approve the use of any products submitted for testing. The data provided in the COA is strictly analytical and does not imply that the product is safe or suitable for any specific use. Results are for research purposes only and are not intended for clinical, therapeutic, or personal use.

3. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Peptide Test LLC, its owners, employees, partners, affiliated laboratories, joint venture entities, and subcontractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising from the misuse of the data provided, improper handling or distribution of tested products, or any actions taken based on testing results.

4. Research Use & Legal Compliance
All samples submitted must be for research purposes only. Clients affirm that they are legally permitted to possess and submit the materials they send. It is the client’s sole responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Products labeled or sold for “research use” must not be used in food, drugs, cosmetics, or for any application intended for human or animal consumption.

5. Misuse of Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Each COA is valid only for the specific sample tested. It may not be reused, distributed, or presented to represent any other batch or product. Any use of a COA for resale or marketing of untested material is strictly prohibited and renders the COA invalid.

6. Limitation of Liability
Peptide Test LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the test results or the tested products. Our liability is strictly limited to the fees paid for testing services or lab supplies.

7. Lab Supplies
Any laboratory supplies sold by Peptide Test LLC are intended solely for laboratory use and not for human or animal use.

8. Digital Agreement and Shopify Checkout Attestation
By placing an order on our site or through any affiliated platform, you agree to these terms and to the attestation presented during checkout.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between Peptide Test LLC and the Client.
