We offer 3 business day turn around which many labs classify as priority and upcharge. We also include a photo of your sample in the COA which many charge for as well.
Sterility
$250 performed per USP <71> methods (excluding sampling requirements *). Lead time is 17 – 21 days due to the incubation time for growth and possible identification testing.
*- Our sterility testing methods adhere to USP <71> guidelines to maintain compliance with industry standards. However, the samples tested are provided directly by the client and may or may not fully represent the entire production batch due to the limitations in obtaining batch-wide samples. While our testing follows USP <71> procedures, the client is solely responsible for ensuring that their sampling process aligns with USP <71> standards, as we have no visibility or control over the production batch from which the samples are drawn. pH Testing
$50 - pH testing will need prior approval to ensure it can feasibly be performed on the sample.
Vial Vacuum Testing
$25 - Prior to sample preparation, a syringe with it’s plunger positioned midway in the barrel in inserted into vial. Positive or negative pressure is noted on the COA.
Duplicate COA with Alternate Headings
$40 - Often requested for removing personal data for sharing with manufacturer or on Social Media. Must be ordered are the same time as the original test.
Endotoxin Testing
$250 performed per USP <85> endotoxin testing is a standardized assay, typically using the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) method, to detect bacterial endotoxins
