No Returns

Due to the sterile nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Maintaining chain of custody is critical, and once shipped, products cannot be resold.

Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, we may issue a refund provided you can supply the necessary documentation for us to file a shipping claim.

Refunds for Orders Not Yet Shipped

We are happy to issue a full refund for any order that has not yet shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
