Fulfillment & Logistics Assistant (Non-Exempt, Hourly)

Compensation: $16/hour (overtime at 1.5× over 40 hours/week)
Schedule: ~40 hours/week

  • Sunday: 6–8 hour shift (flexible start/stop)

  • Monday–Thursday: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
    Parking: Garage pass provided while on shift
    Pay Schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

Peptide Test LLC is a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Chattanooga. We ship lab supplies and manage daily order fulfillment with a strong focus on accuracy, speed, and customer experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and care

  • Assemble product kits from bulk materials, following SOPs

  • Use online shipping software to create labels and send tracking info

  • Receive, count, and organize inbound inventory; restock shelves

  • Run daily carrier drop-offs and log tracking in the system

  • Help resolve shipping/delivery questions via email/messages

  • Monitor stock levels; assist with reorders and cycle counts

  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe; break down packaging waste

  • Support special projects and suggest process improvements

Physical & Safety Expectations

  • On your feet most of the shift (standing/walking)

  • Frequently lift, carry, and move packages up to 40 lbs or more safely

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable attendance and on-time performance to meet daily shipping cutoffs

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work

  • Comfort with computers/online tools (shipping software, basic spreadsheets)

  • Positive, professional communication with teammates and customers

  • Willingness to learn SOPs and follow them consistently

Nice to have (not required): prior warehouse, shipping, retail stock, or e-commerce fulfillment experience.

Employment Terms & Benefits

Classification: Non-exempt (hourly)
Overtime: Paid at 1.5× for hours worked over 40 in a workweek
Probationary Period: First 90 days (performance & attendance review)

Paid Time Off (PTO) – begins after 90 days

  • Year 1: 5 days (40 hours), accrued as 1 day per 10 weeks of full-time work

  • Year 2: 8 days (64 hours) annually

  • Years 3–5: 12 days (96 hours) annually

  • PTO available in half-day or full-day increments

  • Up to 3 unused PTO days (24 hours) may carry over each year

  • Occasional unpaid time off may be approved in advance (not excessive)

  • Management may allow an advance on PTO at its discretion

Paid Holidays

  • New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

  • If scheduled to work on a holiday, hours worked are paid at 1.5× in addition to holiday pay

  • At-Will Employment
