Returns & Refund Policy – Peptide Test LLC

No Returns
All sales are final, we do not accept returns. Once shipped, materials cannot be resold or reissued.

Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos
- If eligible, we will issue a refund or replacement pending USPS claim validation

Cancellations & Unshipped Orders
Orders canceled before a shipping label is created are eligible for a full refund.
